About Me

I'm a native of the South Bay - Los Angeles, I went to Pepperdine and  USC. My name is pronounced like 'Dante' without the 'D'.

I have worked in Real Estate since 1990, helping families with trust and estate properties. I am a real estate investor and developer with expertise in land use, entitlements, and value-added real estate investing.

I lecture at Cal Poly Pomona on Urban Planning.
